Easson ET Series Tool Presetter is specially designed for improving the efficiency of CNC machining center, mainly usded for measuring the tool coordinate position in CNC machine, machining center and flexible manufacturing cell. It has the advantages of easy-cooperating and high precision, the whole presetting process does not need to be done on CNC machine, so greatly reduce the damage to the workpiece and avoid the difficulty and risk of making tool setting directly on machines, also satisfy the high efficiency, accuracy and repeatability requirements of CNC machines and machining centers. Besides, it is also easily to be operated, very convenient and fast, so it highly remedy the serious shortage of testing the tool size by CNC machine, develop the advantages of CNC machines, and greatly improve the working efficiency of people.

Structure:

1) The main structure includes:

High precision granite table as the base, vertical column, precision ball screw drive, prcision linear slideway guidance, optical projection system, standard bar, BT40, BT50, HSK, Printer etc

2) Digital Measuring System: includes linear scale of R and L direction (Interior of R, L rotating), transfer th geometric displacement to digital signal and send to data processing system, then the data will be displayed by digital readout.
