EV Series Vision Measurement Machine has a high capability/price ratio, Auto Focus and as standard configures in this series. It uses high precision marbles as the machine base stand. High precision working table and 0.001mm resolution optical scales installed in the X.Y.Z axis increase the measuring accuracy tp (3+L/200)µm.

The powerful software developed by Easson allows users to output the measuring results to general CAD software such as AUTOCAD, MASTER CAM and etc... or users can directly input the DXF file to the software for comparing. The electronic system of the EV series is a smart and it uses the new PCI counter card and light controlling card developed by Easson.

For more scientific application, as SPC statistical and analysts software is also included in the software package. Users can use the software to analyse the measuring result, in order to control the error range and result of te measuring. All measuring results can be output to general office software such as WORD, EXCEL. This allows users to have measurement reports export directly.

Telecentric lens is the best choice for vision measurement machine, which together with a user friendly auto focused controller. If customers choose RENISHAW 3D touch probes as option, the controller with include a one-key or Z axis probe automatic measuring function, and this can reduce the man-made damge to the probe because of faled operation.
