EX-100 is one kind of length measuring instrument applied for the absolute and relative measurement.

As it adopts the ABBE comparative theory and the high precision measuring system, so it has the feature of high measuring accuracy. It is mainly used in the mental machining industry, especially in the measuring room of the factories in the machine manufacturing, bearing manufacturing, gauge manufacturing and precision tools &instrument manufacturing industry as well as various professional metrological departments.

Compare with the traditional ones, this instrument adopts the grating digital display technology, and as it is unified with optical, mechanical and electronic, so its acuracy and work efficiency are greatly improved. Furthermore, it is also equipped several accessories to improve its universal functions.

Main subjects to be measured:

1. axis, hole, plug gauge, ring gauge, caliper gauge, length bar, cone, cylindrical workpiece, lower-grade block gauge, workpiece with parallel planes etc.

2. Pitch diameter of internal and external screw thread, screw thread ring gauge and thread plug gauge.

EX-100 is equipped with the data processing system, including the computer and data processing software and digital display hardware. The measuring result can be oupput by a printer.
